The challenge
Convene competes for tenants and meeting business against a heavily funded field. The cost to create rooms, supply technology and use the spaces cannot outweigh the value they provide, so differentiation had to come from the meeting experience — and had to prove its value.
The deployment
Solstice runs in meeting rooms and huddle spaces across Convene locations alongside projectors, displays, mixers and wireless mics, backed by on-site technology staff. IT admins secure and manage the Pods centrally from a single console, with real-time alerts and room-level analytics on uptime, utilization and engagement.
It's a great product and tool for us and our clients. Its intuitive ease of use makes it as easy to deploy as it is to manage remotely.
The outcome
Convene's overall Net Promoter Score is 91, higher than the traditional hospitality average of 45, and the company points to the synergy between workplace design and collaboration technology as a large part of why.
