To access your Solstice Dashboard download, click here. If you filled out a form, you should receive an email from Mersive momentarily with a link to the software download.

Here are the requirements to install the Solstice Dashboard:

Host machine(s): Windows 7, 8, or 10 host PC(s) – or – Windows Server* 2012 R2. Note the Solstice Dashboard can be installed on one or multiple admin machines.
Host network: The Dashboard hosts must have access to same network as the Solstice Enterprise Edition Pods/Windows-Software licenses you wish to manage.
Solstice Enterprise Edition licenses: Solstice Enterprise Edition endpoints are manageable via the Solstice Dashboard. Non-enterprise Solstice endpoints must be upgraded to Enterprise Edition in order to be managed via the Dashboard.

*Installing the Solstice Dashboard in a Windows Server environment? Be sure your Windows Server installation includes the component called ‘Quality Windows Audio Video Experience’ (QWAVE). The best way to do this is to run the Dashboard installation. If you get an installation error code 1722, then you most likely need to install the Quality Windows Audio Video Experience (QWAVE) component. To install the Quality Windows Audio Video Experience (QWAVE) component, please refer to Microsoft installation instructions at the links below. The retry the Dashboard installation.
