# Built for the deep end.

Segmented networks. Security review boards. A thousand rooms that need to work on Monday morning.

Polaris brings wireless screen sharing, shared workspaces and central management to the realities of enterprise IT. Simple for the people in the room. Manageable for the people responsible for every room.

The rooms you actually have

## At this scale, the edge cases are Tuesday.

✕**Sharing stops where your networks separate**

Your networks are segmented for a reason. People still need to share from corporate laptops, guest Wi-Fi and mobile connections.

✓ Cross-network sharing brings their content into one workspace while keeping those networks separate.

✕**The security review becomes a scavenger hunt**

Architecture in one document. Update policy in another. Answers buried in a sales conversation.

✓ The Trust Center brings the architecture, data paths and security evidence together, with a clear distinction between public information and reports available on request.

✕**Every room becomes another job**

Configuring rooms individually is manageable until you have hundreds of them. Then every change becomes a project.

✓ Polaris Cloud lets you apply configuration templates, stage firmware updates and monitor room health across locations.

✕**Your next presenter does not work here**

Board members, auditors, clients and partners arrive with devices you do not manage.

✓ Browser sharing lets them contribute without installing software or needing administrator rights on their device.

The recommended stack

## One platform. Hardware that fits each room.

Essentials runs the same Polaris software as Pro: the same workspace, the same cloud, the same security posture. The differences are the chassis, not the platform.

### Polaris Pro

For rooms that need wireless BYOM and connected AV.

- Bring the room’s camera and microphone into the meeting on your laptop, wirelessly.
- Connect wired sources and room peripherals.
- Give employees and guests the same shared workspace.
- Manage the room alongside the rest of your fleet in Polaris Cloud.

### Polaris Essentials

For huddle rooms and everyday collaboration.

- The same workspace, cross-network sharing and browser access.
- The same security posture and central management.
- A smaller chassis for rooms focused on wireless presentation and collaboration.

Need to bridge the room’s camera and microphone into a laptop call? Choose Pro.

### Hybrid meeting options

Start with your laptop. Add room hosting when you need it.

Polaris Link is available now for Pro. Link is a software bridge between the laptop in BYOM and the Pro, and the Pro is what controls the room's cameras and peripherals. That is why Link needs a Pro.

Polaris Host is planned for Q4 2026. It brings native meeting clients into the room and works with both Pro and Essentials.

Technical review

## Give every reviewer a clear starting point.

The network team, security team and room operations team have different questions. Here is where each can find the detail.

### Cross-network sharing

See how content reaches a shared workspace from separate networks, including guest Wi-Fi and mobile connections. Review the architecture before planning the deployment.

[Explore the architecture →](https://www.mersive.com/platform/cross-network)

### Security and assurance

Understand what protects the device, what protects the cloud and what independent assessments cover. The Trust Center explains the scope of the evidence and how to access supporting documents.

### Fleet management

Apply room profiles through templates, test firmware updates on a smaller group before a wider rollout, and monitor room health in Polaris Cloud. Manage meeting rooms and digital signage through the same platform.

### Meeting parity

The room’s workspace is mirrored live to app.mersive.com, so remote participants can see the same content and layout on their own screens.

**Wired HDMI and remote seats.** Polaris Pro has two wired HDMI input modes, selected by the room administrator. Workspace tile is the default: the input joins the workspace alongside wireless shares and is visible to remote participants. Direct bypass (full-screen pass-through) sends the input straight to the room display, outside the workspace. Remote participants do not receive that feed.

Choosing a room standard

## “We were just going to roll out Teams Rooms.”

A room standard is a decision you repeat across buildings, budgets and years. Before you choose one, look beyond the first meeting.

1

**Count the recurring costs**

Compare hardware, platform licenses, management subscriptions and any additional equipment needed for everyday sharing. A small difference per room becomes a substantial difference across a fleet.

2

**Test the other meeting platforms**

Your company may standardize on Teams. Your clients may not. Check how each room handles hosting and joining meetings on another platform, and what changes for the people using it.

3

**Try a meeting with everyone in the room**

Can people share and compare content without starting a video call? Test the local collaboration experience as carefully as the remote one.

Where the fleet is heading

## The room hosts. You bring yourself.

**Polaris Host: pre-launch. Planned for Q4 2026.**

With Polaris Host, the room starts, controls and shares the meeting using native Teams, Zoom, Webex or Meet clients. Choose the platform for the meeting.

Hosted by the room (BY)

**Walk in with your phone, or nothing at all.** Your laptop no longer has to run the call. Illustrated with Polaris Host and Polaris Pro.

Host works with Pro and Essentials. Peripherals connect directly to the Pro, so the cables stay at the front of the room. Peripherals cable to the Host, and the Host and the Essentials unit are paired, which means a cable to the table.

Polaris Link is available now for Pro. Polaris Host is pre-launch, planned for Q4 2026.

Your enterprise trial

## Prove it on your network.

A polished demo is a starting point. Your own rooms are the test.

Bring together AV, networking and security for a trial that reflects how your organization actually works:

- Share from the employee and guest networks you intend to use.
- Bring in an outside presenter with their own device.
- Compare the workspace in the room with the view from a remote browser.
- Apply a room configuration and review fleet management.
- Work through the security evidence with the people who approve deployment.

Agree on what success looks like before you scale.
